Position Overview We are hiring a Project Manager for our OptumRx Marketing & Customer Operations team. The role will plan, manage, and execute projects associated with OptumRx consumer marketing and communications, ensuring flawless delivery and successful results.

Responsibilities

Accountability of the end‑to‑end project plan – oversee marketing and communication projects from start to finish, managing timelines and ensuring strategy, on‑time, and on‑budget delivery.

Partner with internal cross‑functional teams to foster highly engaged collaborations that achieve optimal performance.

Coordinate efforts with partners across the business to achieve goals and report on timelines.

Work closely with business unit partners to understand program goals and develop strategic project plans for successful implementation.

Manage competing priorities and timelines across the cross‑functional project team.

Use multiple platforms to organize, track, and manage projects; create, maintain, and communicate project timelines using Workfront.

Schedule and facilitate project status and kickoff meetings.

Lead weekly project status meetings to discuss progress and potential risks.

Maintain detailed project plan status and reporting metrics.

Drive continuous improvement and deliver detailed solutions with minimal oversight.

Required Skills and Qualifications

3+ years of project management experience.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong collaboration and relationship‑building skills across a wide range of groups and functions.

Strategic thinking; ability to diagnose problems, identify root causes, and drive decisions and quality results with impacted groups.

Ability to shift quickly between multiple projects and priorities.

Familiarity with a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

Healthcare experience.

PBM experience.

Workfront experience.

Remote eligibility (All employees working remotely must adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy).

Benefits The salary for this role ranges from $72,800 to $130,000 annually, depending on market, experience, and qualifications. In addition to pay, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase options, and 401(k) contribution (subject to eligibility). All benefits are subject to company eligibility requirements.
