About The Role Our firm is partnering with a global, industry-leading organization within the powersports and consumer products space to identify a skilled Graphic Designer to support a fast-paced corporate creative environment. This role sits within a centralized marketing team and plays a key part in delivering high-quality visual assets for dealer meetings, marketing initiatives, and branded events. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, confidence working within established brand systems, and the ability to adapt designs across multiple formats.
This position offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with marketing and creative team members while gradually taking ownership of additional projects as familiarity and confidence grow.
Job Description As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for producing and updating both print and digital creative assets that align with established brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Designing and producing visual assets for print, social media, and event-related materials
Updating existing design files, including revisions to text, color, sizing, and layouts
Supporting dealer meeting initiatives, with an emphasis on print production and templated design updates
Collaborating closely with marketing and creative partners to execute design solutions
Ensuring brand consistency across all deliverables
Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Staying current on design trends and incorporating best practices into assigned work
This role will work closely with two primary marketing stakeholders on a day-to-day basis. As team needs evolve, there may be opportunities to directly support additional marketing managers and take on expanded responsibilities.
Qualifications Required Qualifications
Strong visual and typographic attention to detail
Excellent communication and time management skills
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
5+ years of professional graphic design experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a marketing or advertising environment
Background supporting large-scale events, dealer meetings, or corporate marketing initiatives
Experience working within established templates and brand systems
