Key Responsibilities Demand Generation & Campaigns

Manage SEO/SEM, website performance, and paid campaigns

Run LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns

Improve traffic, conversion rates, and lead quality

Sales Alignment

Partner with sales teams to support pipeline generation

Build targeted campaigns for specific hiring or client needs

Enable sales with messaging, content, and outreach strategies

Marketing Analytics & Reporting

Track KPIs (leads, conversions, ROI, pipeline contribution)

Provide regular reports and insights to leadership

Continuously optimize campaigns

Events & Partnerships

Manage webinars, events, and tradeshows

Build co-marketing initiatives with partners

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in B2B marketing or demand generation

Strong experience in digital marketing and campaign execution

Hands-on with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads

Data-driven mindset with focus on ROI

Strong collaboration with sales teams

Preferred Background

Experience in IT services, staffing, or consulting

Exposure to cloud, cybersecurity, or enterprise solutions
