Interior Designer .
Position Summary Kickstart your career by joining our Interiors team, where you'll play a key role in creating spaces that prioritize the human experience and wellness. As part of our collaborative practice, you'll work closely with clients and design teams, learning how to use industry insights and research to drive design decisions.
In this entry‑level role, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills by working on a variety of tasks, from creating material and finish palettes to preparing 3D renderings and presentation drawings. You'll also gain hands‑on experience in generating interior finish drawings and details, all while keeping an eye on project scope, schedule, and budget. You'll collaborate with clients, contractors, vendors, and team members to bring projects to life.

What You Will Do
Propose creative and technically sound solutions to design challenges
Adhere to quality assurance/control processes, practice standards, and company protocols
Develop design concepts that align with overall project direction and functionality
Enhance documentation and detailing skills for constructability
Analyze and integrate sustainable materials, products, and FF&E into designs
Participate in site walks, CA meetings, and lessons learned to improve coordination
Apply BIM standards and ensure QA/QC procedures are met
Collaborate actively with the project team, contributing innovative design ideas
Communicate effectively with team members through various methods
Meet project deadlines and understand the project workplan and timelines
Required Qualifications
Undergraduate Degree in Interior Design required
0 to 5 years of professional experience in interior design
Professional licensure not required; LEED AP and other green certifications preferred
Proficient in Revit, with knowledge of Bluebeam and other architecture/engineering/interior design software
Strong technical skills with the ability to contribute to the design process and develop technical solutions
Working knowledge of design techniques, tools, and sustainable design principles for producing technical plans and deliverables
Excellent written, verbal, and graphic communication skills, with the ability to multitask while maintaining quality and productivity
Ability to assist in marketing and business development efforts
