Role Senior Analyst, Order to Cash
Location
Clearsulting is headquartered in Cleveland, OH, with additional offices located in Chicago, IL; Columbus, OH; and Dallas, TX. Other cities are welcome remotely.
Office Options: Hybrid or Remote. Team members residing within a 45 minute commuting radius of a Clearsulting office, we expect 8 days of in-person work per month, allowing flexibility choosing these days to accommodate client meetings, team syncs and individual schedules.
Travel Expectations: Up to 30%
What You'll Do
Drive end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) technology implementations, supporting all phases of delivery including current-state assessment, future-state design, configuration/build, testing, training, cutover, and hypercare.
Partner with cross-functional project teams and client stakeholders to design, optimize, and implement O2C technology solutions across the full value chain, including:
Customer Master Data
Credit & Risk Management
Billing & Invoicing
Revenue Recognition
Collections
Cash Application
Dispute Management
Sales Adjustments
Cash & Revenue Forecasting
Translate complex business requirements into scalable, technology-enabled solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives, leading practices, and system capabilities.
Own and execute key project workstreams, including workplan development, milestone tracking, issue and risk management, and status reporting, while maintaining alignment to scope, timeline, and quality expectations.
Lead and actively contribute to client-facing workshops and working sessions, facilitating discussions, documenting outcomes, and driving decisions across business and technology stakeholders.
Diagnose operational and technology challenges across the O2C lifecycle, leveraging data, benchmarks, and KPIs to identify root causes and recommend pragmatic, value-driven improvements.
Develop expertise as a subject matter specialist in O2C technology implementations, staying current on emerging tools, enablement strategies, and industry best practices.
Produce high-quality, client-ready deliverables, demonstrating strong attention to detail, structured problem-solving, and consistent follow-through.
Coach, mentor, and support the development of junior team members, contributing to a high-performing, collaborative team environment and the long-term growth of the O2C practice.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business-related field such as business, finance, accounting, economics, computer science, data analytics, math, data science, or a related discipline.
3–5+ years of experience in O2C consulting at a large consulting firm or relevant industry experience executing O2C activities.
Strong project management experience, including workplan development, milestone tracking, risk management, change management, and status reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex business concepts clearly to executive audiences.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
Demonstrated leadership skills and executive presence.
A collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience contributing to or leading practice growth initiatives tied to revenue and margin targets.
Deep familiarity with O2C technology platforms and enablement strategies.
Proven ability to build strong client relationships and foster long-term partnerships.

The compensation range for this position is $84,000-$110,000. We are committed to ensuring our offers reflect the value each candidate brings to the role. Final salary placement will be based on several factors, including level of expertise, relevant work experience, technology certifications, educational background, geography and alignment with industry standards. This role is eligible for our bonus program.
