Location & Schedule This is a full‑time, 40‑hour‑per‑week position with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite in Needham, MA and the remaining days worked remotely. There is no relocation or housing assistance for this position.
This role As a Marketplace Co‑op, you’ll support the Marketplace team in executing best‑in‑class pricing and promotional strategies across multiple platforms. Reporting to the Marketplace Pricing Manager, you’ll manage promotional tools, monitor competitive pricing, and ensure operational excellence that drives results.
Responsibilities
Manage and own day‑to‑day operations of our MEC/CEC promotional tools, including calendar updates, promo vetting, and confirmation tracking
Drive process improvement by identifying opportunities to automate and evolve existing systems that support promotional execution
Own and scale a supplementary price scraping tool, delivering actionable internal and competitive pricing intelligence across key marketplace platforms like Amazon and Walmart
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Pricing, Sales, and Analytics teams to deliver insights that inform go‑to‑market decisions
Support the Marketplace Pricing Manager on high‑impact initiatives, including SFO promo data management enhancements and documentation accuracy
Test, scope, and document new features and improvements for internal promotional systems
Analyze marketplace performance data to identify pricing opportunities and support profitable growth
Gain exposure to omnichannel e‑commerce strategy at a global consumer brand known for innovation, speed, and 5‑star execution

Qualifications
Must be currently enrolled in an associate’s, bachelor’s, or master’s program
Must be able to work a full‑time, 40‑hour‑per‑week schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite in Needham, MA
Demonstrated previous experience or internship exposure within business, retail, or e‑commerce environments
Thrives in fast‑paced, high‑growth settings with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet tight deadlines
Leverages advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and confidence across the Microsoft Office suite
Shows sharp attention to detail and maintains high standards for data accuracy and organization
Communicates clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats across cross‑functional teams
Applies critical thinking to solve problems and improve processes proactively
Collaborates with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal awareness
Operates with a mindset of continuous learning, always looking for ways to streamline, automate, and scale
Embraces a growth mindset, adaptability, and a passion for understanding the evolving landscape of e‑commerce marketplaces
Familiarity with marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon) and experience using scraping tools/dashboard reporting systems is a plus
Salary and Other Compensation Hourly Salary Range: $26—$33 USD. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
