
Executive Personal Assistant (Nashville)

Description
I’m a tech founder and content creator hiring a Nashville-based Executive / Personal Assistant to help manage day-to-day operations, scheduling, and content support.
I run a data-driven real estate platform reaching over
1M+ followers and 200,000+ users , and this role will support both operations and content execution. This is a high-trust position working closely with a founder in a fast-paced environment, with the opportunity to grow into a long-term role.
This role is based in the Nashville metro area and I’m looking for someone local. While there is no strict in-office requirement, we will meet several times per week to review data, brainstorm content ideas, and stay aligned on priorities. Office is located downtown.
What You’ll Be Doing: You’ll help bring structure and consistency across both business and personal workflows. This includes managing my calendar, tracking follow-ups, assisting with communication across platforms, and helping coordinate travel and logistics.
You’ll also support content and marketing efforts — including posting reels and short-form content, assisting with YouTube thumbnails and basic design, and helping brainstorm ideas. Part of the role includes handling personal coordination and app-based messaging, as well as helping me stay accountable and on schedule.
Core responsibilities include:
Calendar management and scheduling
Email and follow-up tracking
Travel planning and coordination
Social media support (posting to TikTok, Instagram with captions, basic analytics)
App-based messaging and scheduling
Graphic design (YouTube thumbnails, simple visuals)
What I’m Looking For: This role requires someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to manage multiple priorities, communicate clearly and concisely, and anticipate needs without constant direction.
Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace and Excel is important, along with experience using platforms like Instagram and TikTok. Basic marketing instincts, understanding what drives engagement and content performance, are a strong plus.
Someone with previous experience in working in real estate would be a bonus (real estate agent, broker, etc.).
Requirements:
Based in Nashville (or willing to relocate)
Available during 9-5pm Central Time working hours
Able to travel as needed
Compensation: $25–$35/hour depending on experience.
Part-time (10–20 hours/week) to start, with potential to grow.
