Head of eCommerce & Pharma

This role offers a high-impact leadership opportunity to drive the growth and strategic direction of eCommerce and Pharma channels in Germany. You will have full P&L ownership, overseeing revenue, profitability, and market share, while scaling existing partnerships and expanding into new digital channels. Collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Category Management, you will define omnichannel strategies, optimize performance metrics, and lead negotiations with key accounts. The role requires a commercially driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies. You will also have the opportunity to build and develop a high-performing team and shape the future of digital commerce and pharma in one of Europe’s key markets.

Accountabilities

Lead the eCommerce and Pharma growth strategy, driving revenue, profitability, and market share

Manage Amazon and eRetail accounts, including Joint Business Plans, customer development, and performance optimization

Build and scale new digital partnerships, marketplaces, and key accounts

Own full P&L responsibilities, including forecasting, pricing, trade investment, and margin management

Develop and execute annual sales and channel plans, covering assortment, promotions, and pricing strategy

Lead customer negotiations with key buyers and category managers, ensuring strong commercial outcomes

Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Category Management to ensure best-in-class execution

Leverage data and analytics to monitor KPIs, optimize performance, and inform strategic decisions

Requirements

University degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field

Proven experience in eCommerce, online sales, or FMCG/Consumer Goods

Hands-on expertise with Amazon Vendor or Seller Central, marketplaces, or eRetail environments

Demonstrated P&L ownership and track record of delivering profitable growth

Experience working in matrix or international environments

Deep understanding of German retail and eCommerce landscape

Excellent negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills

Strong analytical capability with ability to translate insights into action

Fluent in German and English

Commercially bold, data-driven, customer-centric, collaborative, agile, and resilient

Nice to have: experience leading teams at Head-of/Director level, exposure to Pharma/OTC channels, strong coaching and people-development capabilities
