Customer Service Representative - Auto Loan Servicing (Hybrid | Foothill Ranch, CA)

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00/hour

Position Summary We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative to support auto loan customers by delivering timely, accurate, and highquality service. In this role, you’ll manage customer inquiries, resolve account issues in a high‑volume call environment, and ensure all interactions are documented accurately using loan servicing software. The ideal candidate is customer‑focused, detail‑oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced financial services setting.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional, customer‑focused support for auto loan accounts with a goal of one call resolution

Resolve customer inquiries by actively listening, clarifying needs, and offering effective solutions

Manage a high volume of inbound calls while multitasking across systems and documentation

Address customer requests related to account status, payments, and servicing questions

Negotiate payment arrangements, propose alternative payment methods, and establish payment procedures

Process and manage physical damage, total loss, and GAP claims with insurance agencies

Negotiate claim resolutions to maximize recovery and minimize company losses

Analyze claims data to ensure accuracy, validity, and compliance with company policies

Identify customer needs and recommend potential services to management

Ensure strict adherence to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards

Meet or exceed individual, team, and departmental loan servicing performance goals

Review after‑hours voicemails and return customer calls within 24 hours

Document all account activity accurately in loan servicing and CRM systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

1-3 years of customer service experience (auto finance or financial services preferred)

Strong phone presence with excellent active listening and call‑handling skills

Experience working with CRM systems and account documentation

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a high‑volume environment

Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to adapt to different personalities and situations

Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills

High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in auto finance, loan servicing, or collections

Spanish fluency (preferred but not required)

Experience Level Intermediate

Pay & Benefits Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00/hour
