Job Overview • 15+ Years experience working within a project team contributing to coordination, development, and/or tracking of various project needs such as RFIs, submittals, document control, project reporting, inspections, and close out activities. • 15+ Years experience reading and understanding construction plans and drawings and the technical specifications associated with drawings. • 15+ Years of experience in the construction of Commercial building projects (internship experience may be acceptable on a case-by-case basis) with a general contractor/trade contractor/construction management/inspections firm. • 2+ years practical experience performing inspections for a general contractor, trade contractor, design firm, jurisdictional body, or inspections firm. • Bachelor’s Degree – Construction Management, Engineering, or similar; or 8 years equivalent experience and a minimum of 4 years prior relevant experience.
