Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) provides business insurance, employee health & benefits, retirement, and private client insurance solutions to organizations and individuals seeking limitless possibilities. With offices across North America, we combine the personalized service model of a local consultant with the global resources of the world's leading professional services firm, Marsh (NYSE: MRSH).
A day in the life. This is a hybrid position, based out of our regional office(s) that may require in person client facing meetings.
As our Associate Account Manager on the Employee Benefits team, you'll
Assist in managing annual planning timeline and ensure all client deliverables are prepared on a timely basis
Manage strategic planning, renewal & marketing, compliance, open enrollment, implementation and employee communication efforts for all assigned clients
Independently produce accurate and timely materials and consistently audit work product to minimize errors
Navigate our resources and leverage our carrier partners to advocate for and solve problems for clients, providing a great client experience and helping our retention efforts
Stay organized, prioritize and manage multiple tasks and proactively plan to meet deadlines and get in front of potential issues
Develop/simplify benefit guides
Our future colleague. We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
High school diploma or equivalent
Current and valid Florida 2-15 insurance license
At least 1-2 years of account management experience within an insurance agency
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook and Word
Detail oriented with strong time management skills
Additional qualifications.
Bachelor's degree or higher
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
