Remote National Accounts Sales Manager

We are currently looking for a National Accounts Sales Director - REMOTE. In this role, you will focus on acquiring and growing strategic national accounts while managing complex, high-value client relationships. Your contributions will significantly impact revenue growth through consultative selling techniques. This position demands a hunter mentality to drive results and enhance the organization's footprint in hearing healthcare solutions across multiple regions. You will operate in a fully remote environment, requiring flexibility and a proactive approach to client engagement. A significant amount of travel will be involved as you build and maintain these crucial relationships.

Accountabilities

Drive sales growth within assigned national accounts and strategic enterprise clients.

Develop and execute account acquisition strategies targeting large employers and insurance carriers.

Identify client needs and provide tailored consultative solutions.

Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers.

Collaborate with operations, marketing, and legal teams for effective service delivery.

Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and compliance efforts.

Develop annual sales plans and forecasts for national accounts.

Provide market intelligence on industry trends to inform strategies.

Represent the organization at national industry events to generate new business leads.

Maintain accurate CRM data and report metrics to leadership.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

7-10+ years of proven success in field-based sales.

Experience managing national or strategic accounts preferred.

Demonstrated ability to close complex deals.

5+ years in workers’ compensation or related industries preferred.

Excellent consultative selling and communication skills.

Strong analytical, organizational, and time management abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Willingness to travel extensively.
