Content Strategist, Proposals
who will lead and support RFX-related initiatives. This role is also responsible for drafting, editing, and proofreading high quality content for special projects and broader organizational needs, with a strong focus on supporting Sales and business development efforts.

Supporting Meaningful Work
Leading content development for proposals, executive summaries, client presentations, and strategic communications across both RFX and non-RFX work
Shaping messaging frameworks and narrative structure aligned to customer needs, sales strategy, and opportunity context
Collaborating with sales, proposal managers, design, and cross-functional partners to align content approach and ensure consistency
Synthesizing inputs from multiple stakeholders into clear, cohesive, and compelling narratives that drive understanding and decision-making
Leveraging AI tools to support content planning, drafting, and editing for speed, quality, and consistency
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or related field, or equivalent practical or military experience
4+ years of experience in content development, proposal writing, marketing communications, or a related field
Demonstrated experience developing content for complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities such as RFX responses, client presentations, or strategic communications
Demonstrated ability to self-edit and ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality of content prior to submission
Experience working in ambiguous environments with the ability to independently manage priorities and deliver high-quality work
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, MS Teams and using AI tools to support content development, drafting, and editing
Desired Skills and Experience
Experience developing executive-level and client-facing content, including presentations, strategic messaging, and sales-support materials
Experience partnering with sales teams or supporting client-facing opportunities
Experience collaborating with graphic and application design teams to ensure content is clearly and effectively represented
Strong influencing and communication skills with the ability to guide stakeholders toward a clear narrative
