Job Overview To support our continued growth, we’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist who knows how to drive performance and accelerate results. The Paid Media Specialist supports the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other emerging paid channels. This role plays a key part in driving performance through paid search and paid social initiatives, collaborating closely with senior team members to support overall e-commerce growth. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, data‑driven, and passionate about digital performance marketing.

Responsibilities

Assist in the creation and management of paid campaigns across Google, Bing, Facebook, and Instagram.

Support bid strategy, budget pacing, ad copy testing, and A/B experiments.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.

Contribute to daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting of KPIs and performance.

Write, edit, and test engaging ad copy tailored to different audiences and platforms.

Assist in the creation and refinement of search, PMax, remarketing, demand gen, and shopping campaigns.

Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and best practices in performance media.

Collaborate with the Paid Media Team and cross‑functional partners (e.g., Creative, BI, Organic, Product) to execute and refine campaign strategy.

Help maintain campaign documentation, asset libraries, and performance reporting dashboards.

Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve campaign performance and workflow.

Maintain regular, reliable, and punctual attendance.

Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and follow through on commitments.

Physical Demands / Work Environment Ability to rarely lift and carry less than 25 lbs. and rarely push/pull up to 50 lbs. Work may be performed while either standing or sitting at a desk, with variable amounts of sitting and standing depending on preference. Rare walking, bending, reaching, and twisting. Frequent pinching, grasping, and fine manipulation with fingers to use computer. Heated and air‑conditioned indoor office work. This role offers a hybrid work environment, with scheduling flexibility based on team priorities and business needs.

What You’ll Need To Succeed In This Position

1–3 years of hands‑on experience in paid search and/or paid social media marketing.

Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.

Understanding of core performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.) and how to optimize them.

Attention to detail and willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with reporting dashboards a plus.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Experience with e‑commerce campaigns and product feeds a plus.

Knowledge of digital ad policy compliance and best practices across major platforms.

Experience with TikTok Ads, Pinterest, or YouTube advertising is a bonus.
