Minimum qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

6 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.

Preferred qualifications

MBA or Graduate degree.

Experience driving complex, cross‑functional projects with end-to-end ownership.

Ability to develop and implement go‑to‑market strategies.

Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve business issues.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across the organization.

About the job As a part of Team Heat, within the Platform and Devices (P&D) Partnerships Strategy and Operations organization, you will contribute to creating partner thought leadership, setting cohesive business strategy, and driving team/operational velocity across a breadth of emerging (e.g., XR) and scaling (e.g., TV) platform and content verticals across the Platforms and Devices (Product Area), supporting Partnerships leaders to enable data‑driven decision‑making for business impact.

As an exceptional strategy and operations leader with strong analytics and advisory capabilities, you are passionate about new products and platforms powered by Google AI, serving as an all‑in‑one resource to visionary partnership leaders, acting as COO, CSO, and CoF, you will play a critical role in the ideation, execution, and monetization of next generation platform partnerships (e.g., XR, TV), including first‑of‑their‑kind product and business deals.

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google’s partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product‑enabling partnerships, go‑to‑market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $153,000–$222,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

Drive partnerships and business strategy (e.g., partner/market prioritization, monetization plans) by collaborating with P&D New Experiences, XR and TV BD and cross‑functional teams, leading projects, programs and workstreams.

Synthesize industry intelligence, partner feedback and user insights to shape product partnership roadmaps and create new revenue streams.

Manage operations, enabling Partnership teams to move rapidly through compliance processes, including origination, structuring, approvals and signing.

Collaborate with Partnerships and cross‑functional teams to solve operational bottlenecks, unlock and accelerate velocity, and create scalable and efficient solutions wherever possible.

Lead strategic planning processes, including annual planning, long‑range planning, organization planning and design, business and Objectives and Key Results (OKR) reviews.
