We’re Hiring: Product Category Manager (Automotive & Powersports Performance) We are seeking a Product Category Manager to help drive the next generation of performance products in the automotive and powersports aftermarket. This role is responsible for identifying new product opportunities, developing category strategies, and partnering closely with Product Development and Engineering to bring high-performance products to market. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of the performance aftermarket, understands enthusiast-driven markets, and can translate market insights into successful product launches. Key Responsibilities Category Strategy & Growth Develop and execute category growth strategies to expand revenue and market share Identify new product opportunities through market research, competitive analysis, and vehicle platform trends Build and manage product roadmaps aligned with company objectives Product Innovation Lead product ideation and translate market needs into product concepts and requirements Serve as the voice of the customer throughout the product development process Partner with engineering to ensure products deliver meaningful performance and differentiation Market & Competitive Intelligence Monitor trends in the automotive and powersports performance aftermarket Analyze competitor products, pricing, and positioning Evaluate vehicle platforms and VIO data to prioritize product opportunities Product Launch & Lifecycle Management Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies Define product positioning, features, and value propositions Monitor category performance and adjust strategies to drive growth Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field 5+ years of experience in product management, category management, or product development within the automotive or powersports aftermarket Strong knowledge of performance aftermarket products and enthusiast markets Proven ability to identify opportunities and drive new product introductions Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills Preferred Experience working with product development stage-gate processes Familiarity with vehicle fitment data and aftermarket distribution channels Passion for automotive or powersports performance
