Content Writer

with experience writing content in an ad agency setting*. We're looking for someone who can think in campaigns, shape brand voice, and deliver strategic, high-performing content across channels. You'll partner with our in-house content team and cross-functional stakeholders to concept and execute content that drives awareness, engagement, and growth. We're looking for someone who understands how to craft compelling narratives that support brand positioning, demand generation, and integrated marketing campaigns.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Report to the Marketing Content Manager and Vice President of Marketing, serving as a seasoned individual contributor on the content team

Bring a strategic, agency-informed perspective to a highly collaborative marketing team; proactively pitch campaign concepts and content initiatives

Own the development of high-impact, conversion-focused content across channels, including long-form articles, ad copy, landing pages, thought leadership, and campaign assets

Execute integrated content campaigns aligned to brand, demand generation, and product marketing goals

Ensure all content adheres to brand standards and style guidelines (modified Associated Press style), maintaining a high bar for quality and consistency

Assist with the development and oversee client communications, including newsletters, email campaigns, and lifecycle content

Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, demand gen, product marketing, and leadership to bring integrated campaigns to life

Required Skills and Experience

3–5+ years of professional content creation experience, preferably within an advertising agency or fast‑paced in‑house marketing team

Proven ability to create strategic, campaign-driven content—not just execute assignments

Exceptional writing and editing skills across formats, including digital ads, landing pages, email campaigns, blogs, and additional short and long‑form content

Strong portfolio demonstrating concepting and execution of integrated campaigns and high-performing marketing content

Ability to adapt tone and voice for different audiences and stages of the buyer journey (e.g., executives, financial professionals, operations teams)

Deep understanding of brand storytelling, messaging frameworks, and persuasive writing techniques

Experience writing for B2B audiences, ideally in software, SaaS, or construction/finance‑related industries

Highly organized with ability to handle fast‑paced, high‑volume environments comprised of multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously

Comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback; able to articulate and defend creative decisions

Experience working in collaborative environments with cross‑functional teams, including creative, sales, and executive leadership

Proficiency with SEO best practices, keyword strategy, and performance-driven content optimization

Familiarity with AI-assisted content tools and modern content workflows

Self-starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and creative problem-solving
