What You’ll Do:

Leadership.

Recruit, hire, and provide day‑to‑day supervision, coaching, and guidance to Asset Protection Partners across assigned locations; partner with store leaders to drive results and alignment. Shrink.

Implement asset protection plans that reduce shrink with focus on high‑risk departments; analyze results and adjust tactics to improve performance. Safety.

Lead store programs focused on safety, profit protection, and shrink prevention, including deterrence and response training. Compliance.

Ensure adherence to AP and operational standards; investigate discrepancies, fraud, and misconduct; partner with the District Asset Protection Manager and Store Manager and support prosecution when appropriate. Systems.

Maintain proper use of asset protection systems (CCTV, alarms, locks). Partnerships.

Build relationships with retailers, industry groups, law enforcement, and mall/property teams. Sephora Values.

Experience.

3+ years in asset protection or loss prevention, ideally multi‑location. Leadership.

Experience leading teams and partnering with store leaders to drive results. Risk Assessment & Response.

Sound judgment under pressure and ability to guide others to reduce loss. Integrity.

Discretion and ethical judgment; working knowledge of retail criminal/civil law. Interviewing.

Investigative interviewing experience; Wicklander‑Zulawski or similar preferred. Policies.

Clear and consistent application of policies and procedures. Technology.

Experience with AP tools, MS Office, and retail systems (POS, inventory, scheduling). Organization.

Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow‑through. What You’ll Get:

The annual base salary range for this position is $75,000.00 - $83,250.00. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non‑discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses. This job will be posted for a minimum of five days. Benefits:
