Leaders Furniture is looking for a passionate, customer-focused Sales Professional to join our vibrant team at our Sarasota Showroom.

Training & Growth:
14-week onboarding, quarterly training, and ongoing development.
Compensation at Leaders Furniture:
This is an hourly, plus commission-based role with uncapped earnings—your success is directly tied to your effort. Grow your product knowledge and unlock your potential. At Leaders, your initiative drives both income and impact.
Schedule:
40-hour workweek | M–S 10–7, Sun 10–6.
Generous PTO, no blackout dates.
Culture:
Supportive, low‑pressure, and team‑driven environment.
What You Bring:
Weekend/holiday availability (closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter)
Ability to lift 25 lbs and travel to Largo for training
Strong communication skills and a friendly, upbeat attitude
Comfort with POS systems
