Business Analyst - Real Estate Tech Services - Midvale
The Business Analyst selected for this opportunity will be working within Real Estate Technical Services to support daily operations across multiple teams. This dynamic position requires the successful candidate to be comfortable with change, development of new skills, and consistently self‑driven to balance multiple responsibilities simultaneously within prescribed deadlines. This role will report to the new Enterprise Technology Center in Midvale, UT.
The
Business Analyst :
Provides data analysis to support, compile and report key information for operations and business objectives.
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business processes, procedures, and user needs.
Possesses proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, TEAMS, SQL, Python, and RPA.
Is familiar with Agile methodology.
Performs project management leadership functions as a project manager or team member.
Drives processes and improvement initiatives by gathering and documenting business requirements.
Participates in the analysis, design and implementation of business processes and procedures following appropriate standards.
Solves problems, including research of conflicting and/or inaccurate data.
Analyzes and interprets data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for the department and business units served.
Meets deadlines.
Communicates analyses and interpretations to appropriate audiences.
Produces, publishes, and distributes operational reports relating to the development and performance of products and processes.
Conducts tests or test planning sessions, provides input for feasibility, and prepares user documentation and follow‑up evaluation.
Acts as a liaison with various departments, management, and staff to resolve problems and improve processes and procedures.
Assists in all phases of third‑party vendor risk management life cycle for valuation services vendors.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in business process analysis, gathering and documenting business requirements, or directly related experience.
Experience in analysis of business processes and workflow and/or process improvement recommendations.
Experience with project methodology.
A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
