Order Processing Specialist (Shipping)

The Order Processing Specialist is responsible for processing customer orders and preparing all required shipping documentation to ensure accurate, on-time, and compliant shipments. This role supports high-volume operations and serves as a key link between warehouse, transportation, and customer requirements.
*NOTE: This role is focused on order processing, documentation, and customer compliance, supporting shipment execution rather than physical material handling.
Key Responsibilities
Process and prepare customer orders for shipment in internal systems
Ensure compliance with customer routing and labeling requirements
Coordinate with warehouse teams and carriers to support on-time pickups
Communicate and help resolve shipment issues or delays
High order accuracy with minimal errors
On-time and compliant shipments
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Strong coordination across teams
Ability to perform effectively in high-volume shipping environments
