
Senior Executive Assistant

The Opportunity
We are looking for a dynamic person to join our Executive Assistant Group (EAG). EAG is our team of self‑motivated EAs who support our Partners and are a key part of our Core Business Services team. As a Senior Executive Assistant, you will provide high‑level administrative support to a national leader and other assigned executives from our leadership team.
Your Key Responsibilities
Support the client engagement management process, including tracking and reporting time & expenses, running reports, maintaining accurate client and contact data, and playing a key role in the billing process.
Use firm brand standards to create and format letters, proposals, presentations, and reports using Microsoft tools.
Coordinate virtual and in‑person meetings & events (internal and external); liaise with designated teams for larger events; manage travel using the firm’s dedicated agents and travel tools; and independently manage multiple calendars.
Coordinate social and community engagement and sponsorship, assist with the tracking of internal budgets, liaise with local venues to coordinate EY’s suite/box ownership, including ticket distribution, catering and annual agreements (where applicable).
Actively participate in team meetings and learning events, engage in team initiatives and projects, and provide short‑term backup support for colleagues.

Post‑secondary education and/or relevant experience.
Experience supporting senior‑level (C‑suite) executives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with proven ability to learn customized software/tools.
