We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Admissions Director to lead census growth and manage the admissions process for our Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living community. Key Responsibilities
Manage all admissions, referrals, and intake processes Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, case managers, and referral sources Conduct facility tours and coordinate move‑ins Verify insurance/coverage and ensure timely documentation Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to optimize census and payer mix Qualifications
Prior admissions/marketing experience in SNF and/or Assisted Living required Strong knowledge of insurance (Medicare, Medicaid, managed care) Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills Highly organized, responsive, and results‑driven What We Offer
