Accountabilities
Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and key performance drivers
Conduct statistical analysis and modeling to test hypotheses and validate business insights
Collaborate with data engineering teams to optimize and streamline data pipelines
Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for cross‑functional teams
Develop self‑service analytics tools to empower stakeholders in data‑driven decision‑making
Experiment with AI and other innovative methods to enhance analytics efficiency and scalability
Support strategic initiatives by providing insights that inform product and business decisions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Economics
Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics, data science, or related roles
Proficiency in BI and analytics tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
Proficiency in Python for data analysis, scripting, and statistical modeling
Familiarity with cloud‑based data platforms such as BigQuery
Solid understanding of statistical methods, including regression, clustering, and hypothesis testing
Strong problem‑solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail
Effective communication and presentation skills for technical and non‑technical audiences
Experience in applying analytics to drive business strategy and product decisions
