Mechanical Drafter/Designer

We have a customer in Tucson, AZ who has an IMMEDIATE long-term, TEMP-HIRE position for an experienced Mechanical CAD Designer who has experience with large material handling and plant processing equipment and layouts for the mineral processing and mining industry.
In this role you will use AUTOCAD, MICROSTATION and SOLIDEDGE CAD to do equipment and layout drawings for mineral processing plants and equipment including grinders, crushers, large conveying and material handling systems, washers, etc.
This is a long term TEMP-HIRE or DIRECT-HIRE position for well qualified candidates.
Candidate must work on-site in Tucson office.
Pay for this position is in the $30.00 -$45.00/hr range.
Job Requirements
Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical, Civil or Structural Design/Engineering or equivalent Trade experience
CAD skills with AUTOCAD 2D/3D, Microstation or similar, SOLIDEDGE or similar high preferred
Ideal candidate will have 8-10 years experience with THREE years experience in design, drafting and layout of mineral processing plants, equipment or similar
Ideally experience in metals mining and structural design for process plants
MS Office, Good CAD skills, Good communication skills
