Center for Jewish Philanthropy is looking for a CRM Manager. The Center for Jewish Philanthropy has an opening for a CRM Database Manager to join our team. This is a full‑time exempt position based in Scottsdale, Arizona. Direct Report: Vice President, Finance and Operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities CRM Administration & Data Management Administer the organization’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for all staff. Administer the organization’s Community Suite by Foundant system, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for all staff. Support ongoing system migration from Blackbaud CRM to Dynamics 365, including post‑go‑live stabilization. Coordinate standardization of data entry procedures and train staff accordingly. Manage data updates and enhancements through third‑party vendors and integrations. Facilitate year‑end activities and processes related to the databases. Monitor databases for functional use, security, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting optimization. Data Governance Establish and enforce data governance policies: naming conventions, data entry standards, duplicate management. Define and monitor data quality metrics and KPIs. Manage data retention and archival policies in compliance with organizational and legal requirements. Develop and maintain data dictionaries and field definition documentation. Ensure compliance with donor privacy standards and PCI requirements for gift processing. Reporting & Analytics Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards connected to Dynamics 365/Dataverse. Create and manage reports, database queries, and analytics to support fundraising and program needs. Produce mailing lists for donor communications, e‑blasts, and special events. Provide statistical analysis and data insights to support organizational decision‑making. System Support & Development Monitor, identify, and investigate system issues; coordinate solutions with JFNA Help Desk, support teams, or vendors. Support and maintain CRM applications, system tuning, performance monitoring, and database maintenance. Manage system enhancement projects: planning, implementation, and cross‑departmental coordination. Explore and implement AI‑powered automation tools (Copilot, Power Automate, AI Builder) to improve efficiency. Maintain system security, updates, and version control. Assist staff with minor IT issues. Training & Collaboration Serve as internal trainer, providing effective instruction so staff can independently use the database to meet their responsibilities. Work with senior staff on strategies to support fundraising efforts and donor relationship management. Interact with other federations in the CRM Collective. Coordinate with JFNA on shared configurations and best practices. Required Skills & Abilities Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience required; Dataverse and model‑driven app familiarity strongly preferred. Power Platform experience: Power BI (dashboard development), Power Automate (workflow automation). SQL proficiency for data analysis, queries, and validation. Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve database system issues. Proven ability to train individuals effectively in technical areas. Comfort translating between end‑user needs and database/system output. Ability to manage multiple projects, shifting priorities, and produce accurate work. Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity. Any transferable CRM skills from other platforms are valued. Preferred Skills Blackbaud CRM experience (helpful for historical data context). Data migration project experience. Data lifecycle management and retention policy experience. SharePoint integration experience. Experience with AI tools: Copilot for Dynamics 365, AI Builder, or similar. Previous experience in creation of process flow and workflow documentation. Knowledge of fundraising, development, and nonprofit organizations. Familiarity with donor privacy standards and PCI compliance. Bookkeeping or accounting basics. Education & Experience B.S. or B.A. preferred; business or computer‑related study preferred. 3–5 years of database management experience. Extensive CRM database knowledge required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
