Xpertloop is building the first AI-powered operating system for CEOs. Our platform combines AI coaching, training, and chief of staff functionality with a proven leadership methodology developed over two decades of real executive experience. We help CEOs of mid‑market companies (50–1,000+ employees) systematize the one role that’s never had purpose‑built software.
You’ll be joining a proven team led by Joel Trammell, serial entrepreneur with multiple successful exits and author of The CEO Tightrope and The Chief Executive Operating System. This is a ground‑floor opportunity with people who know how to build companies.

Our buyers are CEOs of companies with 50+ employees. They are among the busiest, most skeptical decision‑makers in business. They’ve seen every sales tactic and have zero tolerance for wasted time.
Getting their attention requires creativity, persistence, and genuine insight into what keeps them up at night. You won’t succeed here by following a script. You’ll succeed by doing your homework, finding the unexpected angle, and using every modern AI research and outreach tool available to craft approaches that land. This is a puzzle. A hard one. We need someone who is wired to solve it.
What You’ll Do
Research and build targeted prospect lists of CEOs at companies with 50–1,000+ employees using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, and AI‑powered research tools.
Craft personalized email outreach that cuts through the noise; email is our primary channel for reaching prospects, and you’ll own the strategy and execution.
Book qualified meetings between target CEOs and Xpertloop’s founders.
Develop and refine the outbound playbook; you’re not inheriting a finished process, you’re helping build one.
Collaborate directly with Joel Trammell and Sherif Sakr (Head of Sales) to test messaging, learn the CEOSYS framework, and sharpen your approach based on what’s working.
Track pipeline activity and conversion metrics in HubSpot.

Compensation
