
Amazon Ads Campaign Manager

Job Purpose
The Amazon Ads Specialist is responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing advertising campaigns that drive efficient revenue growth across Amazon marketplaces. This role is focused on turning ad spend into measurable results by leveraging data, testing strategies, and continuously improving campaign performance to maximize return and market share.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Lead the execution and optimization of Amazon advertising initiatives by owning campaign strategy, performance analysis, and ongoing testing. This role plays a critical part in scaling winning products, improving ad efficiency, and uncovering new growth opportunities through paid media.
Duties will include:
Paid Media Strategy & Execution
Develop and manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns aligned with revenue and profitability targets
Structure campaigns effectively across match types, targeting segments, and funnel stages
Launch, test, and scale campaigns based on performance data and strategic goals
Optimization & Budget Management
Monitor daily campaign performance and make bid, budget, and targeting adjustments to improve efficiency
Allocate spend toward top-performing campaigns while cutting or refining underperforming areas
Continuously optimize for key metrics such as ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, and CVR
Testing & Experimentation
Run ongoing tests across keywords, audiences, creatives, and campaign structures
Identify winning variables and scale them while documenting learnings
Stay proactive in identifying new opportunities for growth through experimentation
Data Analysis & Insights
Analyze campaign and keyword-level data to uncover trends and actionable insights
Translate performance data into clear recommendations that drive better decision-making
Track the impact of advertising on overall product performance, including ranking and sales velocity
Collaboration & Growth Support
Partner with creative and listing teams to ensure ads are supported by high-converting content
Align with pricing and promotions strategies to improve campaign effectiveness
Support product launches and seasonal pushes with targeted advertising strategies
