Job Description Under the direction of the Player Development Director, develops and maintains relationships with existing customers through personal contact in order to generate incremental gaming revenues. Develops and maintains new business relationships to increase awareness, drive trial and build customer loyalty.
Maintain relationships and markets for our gaming product and amenities to valued guests and develop new business relationships.
Greet guests in the casino and participate in social events and special promotions.
Evaluate player ratings to track visits, arrange accommodations and provide complementary according to established guidelines.
Effectively handle customer complaints and discrepancies in an efficient and courteous manner.
Provide special services to include food, beverage, transportation, cross‑property events and Player’s Club programs.
Achieve predetermined targeted production quotas, profitability goals and other goals provided by management for room occupancy, entertainment events, special events and gaming revenue.
Responsible for telemarketing to predetermined active and inactive customers to further develop brand loyalty and visitation and report the results of each.
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all electronic gaming machines, player tracking systems, promotions, events, entertainment and general property information.
Safeguard the confidential nature of all departmental and company records.
Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate management of concerns and observations.
Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company’s Mission and Values of Communication, Integrity, Fun, Respect, Accountability, Passion and Dedication.
Ensure prompt and discreet notification to management and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required. At least five (5) years casino host /player development experience or five (5) years casino marketing experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must bring extensive existing player relationships (with significant high‑level players) to this position that will forge new player relations.
Must possess or have the ability to obtain a CER issued by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement.
