Estimator / Preconstruction

Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site position located in Shreveport, LA, for an Estimator / Preconstruction professional. The role includes preparing accurate cost estimates, performing quantity take‑offs, managing project budgets, and reviewing construction documents. Additional tasks involve collaborating with internal teams, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and developing cost strategies for a diverse range of construction projects.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Construction Estimating and Quantity Take‑offs

Strong skills in Cost Management and Budgeting

Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with teams and clients

Attention to detail with the ability to analyze blueprints and construction documents

Experience in construction project management is a plus

Proficiency in estimating software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)

Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry
