We are seeking a full-time Body Shop Repair Estimator to join our team at our Haverford, PA location. In this on-site role, the estimator will assess vehicle damage to prepare accurate repair estimates, liaise with customers and insurance adjusters, and assist in coordinating repairs. Key responsibilities include inspecting vehicles, preparing detailed damage appraisals, providing outstanding customer service, maintaining communication with clients and technicians, and ensuring timely and cost-effective repair processes. Qualifications
Proficiency in damage assessment, repair cost estimation, and knowledge of industry-standard estimation tools (e.g., CCC One or similar software) Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers, insurance representatives, and team members effectively Understanding of auto body repair techniques, materials, and manufacturer guidelines Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for tracking estimates, repair progress, and customer documentation Ability to collaborate with technicians and staff to ensure high-quality, efficient vehicle repairs Prior experience in a body shop, automotive repair, or similar role is preferred Familiarity with insurance claims processes and related procedures High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in automotive repair or estimation are a plus A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
