Role Description The Personal Training Director is a full‑time, on‑site position located in Rockford, IL. The role involves overseeing the personal training program, including managing a team of trainers, booking personal, and developing creative ways to promote training services. Responsibilities also include ensuring all training sessions align with company standards, providing exceptional customer service, and driving membership engagement and retention. The director will play a key role in fostering a culture of health and fitness within the Crunch Fitness community.
Qualifications
Experience with Personal Training, Group Training, and general fitness training techniques
Certifications such as U.S. National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) or equivalent are highly desirable
Proven ability to deliver top‑level Customer Service and enhance member engagement
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Highly organized, goal‑oriented, and driven to achieve results
Background in fitness‑related fields or training is beneficial
