Job Summary This role is responsible for all field activities including project set up, project execution, financial management, people development and relationship management.
General Responsibilities
Oversees a single project or multiple smaller projects
Evaluate Field Engineer/Foreman and craft employee’s performance and identify training Conduct training of others
Perform all duties of the Field Engineer/Foreman should project size, budget, or staffing limitations exist
Lead and Communicate with FLB Office Staff, Subcontractors and Vendors to assist them in working to the Project
Become “subject matter experts” in FLB Best Practices
Represent FLB with Owner(s), Architects, Consultants, Government Authorities, Vendors and Subcontractors in a professional and courteous way
Build effective working relationships with clients and the FLB project team members
Plan effective/accurate schedules for project(s) and manages manpower accordingly for multiple tasks/projects
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience managing commercial projects
