We are seeking a talented Revit Designer to join our team at Universal Piping Industries. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing innovative paint finishing systems that meet the needs of our clients. Your expertise in Revit will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering turn-key solutions with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities

Collaborate with engineering teams to develop design specifications and project requirements. Prepare construction documents and drawings for project implementation. Review and modify designs based on feedback from project stakeholders. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all designs. Assist in the coordination of project timelines and deliverables. Required Qualifications

Proficiency in Revit – Strong experience in BIM modeling, particularly in mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP) and architectural components. Coordination with other software – Ability to work with SolidWorks models and translate data between Revit and SolidWorks. HVAC system knowledge – Experience modeling chilled water piping and refrigerant piping systems Electrical system knowledge – Experience modeling electrical distribution systems, power panels, conduit layouts, and cable tray routing. Piping & drainage systems – Strong experience detailing pipe, duct, drain and downspout layouts for modular installations. Design & Engineering drawings – Ability to produce accurate design and engineering drawings for project coordination and approvals. Construction & Fabrication Drawings – Experience creating detailed construction and fabrication drawings to support modular assembly and installation. Clash Detection & Coordination – Proficiency with Navisworks or Revit’s built-in clash detection for resolving MEP and structural conflicts. Family Creation & parameter management – Ability to develop custom Revit families and manage parameters for modular components. Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
