Job Summary We are seeking a driven and results-oriented
Isuzu Fleet Sales Consultant
to join our growing commercial truck division. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, customer-focused, and skilled in building long-term business relationships. This role focuses on developing and managing fleet accounts, identifying commercial opportunities, and delivering tailored Isuzu truck solutions that meet the operational needs of business clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and developing new fleet accounts, maintaining relationships with existing commercial clients, and providing product expertise to help businesses optimize their transportation operations. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with commercial and fleet customers to build a strong book of business Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and community involvement Utilize consultative selling techniques to assess client operational needs, upfitting requirements, and budget considerations Present customized Isuzu fleet solutions, including chassis configurations, body applications, and financing options Maintain in-depth knowledge of Isuzu commercial truck models, specifications, upfit options, warranties, and fleet programs Coordinate with upfitters, finance departments, and service teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction Conduct professional product demonstrations focused on payload capacity, fuel efficiency, durability, and cost of ownership Follow up consistently with fleet clients to ensure repeat and referral business Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and commercial industry developments Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding sales objectives, pipeline activity, forecasts, and performance metrics Maintain accurate CRM records of all customer interactions and sales activities Bring a high-energy, solutions-oriented mindset to work every day Qualifications
