Role Description This is an on-site, temporary role located in Amagansett, NY, for a Professional Sales Specialist. The individual will be responsible for assisting customers in discovering and purchasing unique vintage pieces, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales goals. Key responsibilities include inventory management, merchandising, maintaining the visual appeal of displays, and supporting the boutique’s day-to-day operations as needed. The role also involves providing product knowledge and ensuring that customers have a memorable shopping experience.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with a focus on building positive customer relationships and delivering exceptional shopping experiences.
Demonstrated ability in Sales and Business Planning with a track record of hitting sales targets and understanding retail operations.
Experience in Training, mentoring, or guiding team members to achieve performance goals.
Passion for vintage and antique items is highly valued.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
5+ years experience in retail or a related field required
