THE POSITION: Reports to: Regional Director Job Description: The Assistant Regional Director assists in managing all duties related to the operation of Soccer Shots and supports the following functions.
Responsibilities
Coaching and Staff Leadership: Coach as needed to cover for absent coaches and at Demos and Free Fun Days; assist in maintaining the master instructor schedule, handling cancellations and reschedules; assist in the preparation for the seasonal instructor meetings.
Marketing and Communications: Perform seasonal marketing/promotions for Park and School Programs; communicate with parents, directors, and other account representatives.
Administration: Schedule and prepare all materials to promote the upcoming Soccer Shots season; maintain instructor equipment and prize inventory.
Sales/Growth: Meet seasonal and annual enrollment and revenue goals by adding new park and school accounts and promoting at each account/location; document summary and follow-up notes, and complete sales day action items in a timely fashion.

What You Need
Passion for early education and positively impacting youth
Best candidates will excel in social interactions with directors and parents
Self-starter with keen attention to detail
Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License
High School Diploma minimum, Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
Eligible to work in the U.S., including passing a Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check
Must be 18 in accordance with Florida statutes to pass a DCF Level 2 background Check
Hours
Monday through Friday 8:30am-6:00pm
Saturdays 8:30am-12:00pm

Requirements (not all are required)
1-3 years prior coaching experience
OR 1 year leadership experience (Head Coach, Teacher/Educator, Director of Coaching, etc)
OR 1 year early childhood experience (Preschool Teacher, Elementary School Teacher)
AND Passion for the Soccer Shots Mission
Outstanding verbal and written communications
Strong project management skills
Extremely energetic and outgoing
