What You’ll Do: You’ll partner with the Director to keep our center running smoothly, supporting staff, building strong family relationships, and ensuring every child is safe, happy, and learning every day.
Guide and support amazing childcare staff
Help manage day-to-day operations
Keep records organized and up to date
Build trust and strong communication with parents
Ensure top-notch safety and health standards
Inspire a warm, inclusive, and growth-centered environment
What We’re Looking For:
18+ years old
High School Diploma or GED - CDA or Degree in ECE
Ideally 1 year of administrative experience in a licensed childcare setting
CPR & First Aid certified
Clean background check
Valid GA driver’s license and safe driving record
Available to work rotating shifts between 7:00am–6:00pm (Mon–Fri)
