
Route Service and Sales Technician

Role
This role is very engaging for the right person, as it blends hands‑on service & mechanical work with account management, customer service, and sales. You will be trained to manage every aspect of over 130 restaurant customers doing business with us, including:
preventative maintenance & repair to our commercial dishwashing machines
product delivery and inventory management of the cleaning chemicals we provide to restaurants
invoicing, receiving payments, upselling, and on‑site training
build strong customer relationships that lead to loyalty and new sales opportunities
participate in an on‑call rotation for emergency service needs
