Commercial HVAC Superintendent We’re looking for a Commercial HVAC Superintendent who can lead from the front, run large‑scale commercial HVAC projects, and set the production tempo for our field teams.
Key Responsibilities
Owning onsite HVAC production
Driving schedule performance
Managing foremen and crews
Coordinating with PMs and other trades
Ensuring safety, quality, and accountability
Field Leadership & Production
Lead multiple HVAC foremen and field crews
Drive installation of ductwork, RTUs, split systems, exhaust systems, and specialty mechanical systems
Maintain production pace aligned with project schedule
Plan manpower and material flow proactively
Hold crews accountable for daily measurable output
Project Execution
Read and interpret blueprints, submittals, and mechanical plans
Coordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors, and other trades
Run weekly production meetings with foremen
Identify conflicts early and solve them before they impact schedule
Oversee inspections and ensure work is ready before calling for inspection
Quality & Safety
Enforce OSHA standards and Kalos safety expectations
Conduct site safety walks and toolbox talks
Ensure installs meet code and design specifications
Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites
Culture & Accountability
Build a culture of ownership, discipline, and urgency
Develop foremen into strong leaders
Address performance issues immediately and professionally
Set the tone for attitude, professionalism, and execution.
Requirements
5+ years of commercial HVAC field experience
3+ years in a supervisory or superintendent‑level role
Experience on large commercial projects (schools, retail, medical, hospitality, multi‑family, etc.)
Strong blueprint and mechanical plan reading skills
Proven ability to manage manpower and drive schedule
OSHA 30 preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Valid driver’s license

Compensation $36.00 – $42.00 hourly based on experience.
Schedule Monday – Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm with ability to work weekends and out‑of‑town as needed.
