Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Riverside, CA, for a Property Manager specializing in student housing. The Property Manager will oversee daily property operations, ensure tenant satisfaction, coordinate maintenance activities, and lead leasing efforts. Responsibilities include managing budgets, supervising staff, addressing resident concerns, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Strong communication and organizational skills will be essential for success in this role. Qualifications
Ability to manage property operations, including tenant relations, leasing, and maintenance coordination Competency in financial management, such as budgeting and preparing financial reports Strong interpersonal and customer service skills for addressing tenant needs and resolving conflicts Proficiency in administrative tasks, including record keeping and compliance with regulations Leadership skills and experience managing or supervising a team Practical knowledge of property management software and tools is a plus Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities Bachelor’s degree in Business, Property Management, or related field or equivalent experience preferred Previous experience in student housing or multi‑family property management is highly regarded Compensation
