Join Our Team as a Dining Room Server at The Converse Home!
The Converse Home is a warm and welcoming assisted living community in downtown Burlington, dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. Our mission is to create a nurturing, safe, and joyful environment where residents can truly thrive.
We’re currently looking for
compassionate and friendly individuals
to join our dining team as
Servers . In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work with the same residents each day, build meaningful connections, and make mealtimes a highlight of their day.
Position Details
Schedule: Breakfast shifts 7am-11am; Lunch shifts 11-2 pm and our dinner shift, 3:30–7:00 PM.
Serve meals in a professional, caring manner to residents and guests.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining room and kitchen service areas.
Work collaboratively with team members to provide an excellent dining experience.
Bring a positive attitude and help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
What We’re Looking For
A friendly, team-oriented personality.
A passion for providing great service.
Reliability and attention to detail.
Prior food service experience is helpful, but we’re happy to train the right person!
