Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs, showcasing detailed product knowledge, and offering personalized and thoughtful styling recommendations. Strategize personal business growth to boost individual productivity through comprehensive wardrobe planning, successful outreach and leveraging digital tools to enhance clienteling. Drive sales achievement by supporting the team in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans through collaboration and upholding standards of excellence across all touchpoints of the brand’s policies and procedures. Provide guidance and coach Brand Ambassadors to deliver customer‑centric behaviors and relationship‑building skills to contribute to overall team success. Develop genuine connections with customers while advising them and aligning product recommendations with their preferences. Understand sales goals and objectives and consistently meet or exceed individual key performance indicators (SPH, data capture, etc.) while utilizing key tools and resources to drive performance. Adapt and showcase products differently based on whether a customer is remote or in‑person, demonstrating flexibility to meet their needs. Utilize Customer Relationship Management tools such as Polo Connect to capture meaningful customer data to support clienteling and additional business initiatives. Participate in store and company initiatives and community outreach. Effectively balance tasks while prioritizing the Ralph Lauren experience, ensuring the customer experience is always a priority. Provide necessary feedback to Management on category opportunities or needs. Maintain store visual standards and use visual techniques and company guidelines to preserve brand presentation. Support a professional and positive work environment, champion company core values, uphold company policies, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to a cohesive and inclusive team. Support and participate in team training and company initiatives to execute business results. Support the store and team in finding top talent by engaging in networking and sourcing talent. Qualifications

Sales experience in a complex, high‑volume, or high‑profile specialty environment preferred. Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel. Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cash wrap, and office; work around/with chemicals. Ability to lift/climb up to 30 lbs. and climb moderately. Ability to operate the register, stand, move, and walk for multiple hours. Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which includes days, evenings, and weekends. Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management, and co‑workers. Experience selling to customers using digital tools preferred.
