Full-time, on-site role managing daily golf operations at a championship course
Oversee tournaments, pace of play, pro shop, and golf staff (team ~30)
Ensure course quality, member experience, and operational efficiency
Handle budgeting and support overall golf management activities
Report to General Manager and ownership
Requirements
Experience in golf operations/management and course maintenance
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
Golf instruction and tournament management experience preferred
