The proposed College of Osteopathic Medicine at Xavier University (XUCOM), a Catholic University in the Jesuit tradition, is seeking an Assistant Director of Admissions to play a critical role in executing the College’s admissions and recruitment strategy. This position focuses on day-to-day recruitment operations, applicant engagement, and application processing while advancing the strategic priorities established by the Director in partnership with COM leadership and University Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM). Support application workflow management, including screening, interview coordination, and decision processing. Represent XUCOM at key on- and off-campus recruitment events, including pre‑med fairs, conferences, presentations, and pipeline programs. Support and participate in interview days, campus visit programs, information sessions, and preview events, including evenings and weekends as needed. Communicate clearly, professionally, and consistently with prospects and applicants in support of Director‑established messaging and yield goals. Create documentation, coordination, and follow‑up for the DO and MA in Biomedical Sciences admissions committees. Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree 1–3 years of relevant experience in admissions, recruitment, or higher education. Experience using Slate or similar CRM systems. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Public speaking and presentation ability.
