Key Responsibilities
Build, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Develop ad strategies aligned with client goals, including lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
Create and manage ad creatives, ad copy, and campaign structures
Monitor budgets, pacing, and campaign performance to maximize ROI
Implement A/B testing for ad creative, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies
Track and analyze performance metrics and provide clear reporting and insights
Manage campaign timelines and deliverables
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign consistency and success
Stay current on paid advertising trends, tools, and best practices
Qualifications
Strong experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads
Excellent analytical and performance marketing skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with campaign reporting, conversion tracking, and performance optimization
Familiarity with audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel strategy
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a minimum of 2+ years of marketing experience
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Experience with LinkedIn ads, TikTok ads, Bing ads, or Yelp ads is a plus
Experience with Google Analytics is a plus
Full-time, in-person position
Location:
Prescott, AZ
Salary range:
$45,000–$60,000 annually, based on experience
