We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Junior Event Marketing Assistant to join our event marketing and fundraising team. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in promotional events, brand representation, and nonprofit fundraising campaigns. You will support campaign execution, interact with the public, and contribute to achieving fundraising and marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in executing live marketing events and fundraising campaigns
Represent clients and nonprofit partners, promoting brand awareness and mission-driven initiatives
Engage with customers and donors to provide information and encourage participation
Support event setup, display arrangements, and breakdown
Maintain a professional and positive brand image at all times
Track interactions and provide feedback on campaign performance
Work closely with team members to meet daily and weekly targets
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Outgoing personality with confidence in face-to-face interactions
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Willingness to learn and take direction
