Maintenance Director – Full‑time
Responsibilities
The Maintenance Director is a working supervisor who plans, develops, organizes, implements and directs the day‑to‑day functions of plant operations.
The Maintenance Director serves on committees as appointed, maintains inventory, and adheres to department budgetary guidelines.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Director in plant operations.
Knowledge of building service practices and procedures, and familiarity with regulations for Assisted Living Facilities in MA (preferred).
Ability to plan and carry out repair and equipment installation programs.
Proficient at leading, supervising and mentoring staff members.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with residents and family members.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
