Position Overview As a Marketing Associate at Galen College of Nursing, you will be responsible for coordinating and tracking the execution of integrated marketing efforts across Galen's 20+ campuses. This role supports high-volume creative coordination, small- to large-scale event planning, and the management of internal processes and systems that enhance operational efficiency and strengthen brand presence across all campuses.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute the promotion of campus events, including Open House, New Student Orientation, Vitals to Success, alumni events, and term starts, in collaboration with local campus leadership and internal teams.

Partner with Enrollment Marketing to support and optimize Open House promotional strategies, using performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Coordinate the planning and execution of new campus grand opening events, managing all logistics such as guest lists, vendors, event materials, signage, and decor.

Coordinate the identification and execution of community sponsorships in partnership with campus operations, supporting budget management and increasing local engagement.

Support campus engagement specialists in building market awareness of HCA Healthcare and strengthening partnerships that create employment opportunities for graduates.

Project manage campus event-related requests submitted through the Marketing Request Form, including flyers, digital signage, graduation programs, and related materials.

Maintain and support the internal ordering portal to improve usability, consistency, and operational efficiency.

Coordinate with the Web Development Manager to ensure timely updates to campus Open House dates and term starts on the website.

Partner with the Pure Galen retail store manager to support promotional sales events and initiatives.

Ensure brand identity standards are communicated and consistently applied across campuses and marketing materials.

Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with campus departments, internal teams, and external vendors.

Perform additional responsibilities as necessary to ensure marketing department success.

Position Requirements

3+ years in a Marketing or similar coordination role

Hands‑on experience coordinating small- to large-scale events, including vendor coordination and on‑site execution

Experience managing event budgets, purchase orders, and invoicing

Experience managing high-volume marketing initiatives

Proven success working with cross-functional teams

Skills and Competencies

Proven excellence in project management skills

Strong documentation skills for tracking timelines, approvals, and deliverables

Ability to multi‑task in a fast-paced, agile work environment

Strong team orientation and willingness to play a critical support role for all Galen campuses and departments

Exceptional attention to detail with a keen eye for quality in both design and copy

Physical and Mental Demands

Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time while operating a computer and other office equipment.
