Are you obsessed with TikTok, beauty trends, and driving real revenue through content? We’re looking for a TikTok Shop Manager who knows how to turn scrolls into sales.
This role is for someone who understands the beauty consumer, lives on TikTok, and knows how to build, optimize, and scale a TikTok Shop from strategy to execution.
Own and manage our TikTok Shop storefront
Develop and execute TikTok Shop growth strategy
Launch and manage TikTok Shop campaigns and promotions
Identify and recruit creators for TikTok Shop affiliate program
Analyze performance metrics (conversion rate, AOV, GMV, CAC)
Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams
Stay ahead of TikTok trends, features, and algorithm changes
What You Bring:
2+ years experience managing TikTok Shop (beauty preferred) Strong understanding of beauty consumer behavior Experience with affiliate + creator campaigns Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills Experience scaling DTC or social commerce brands Knowledge of TikTok Ads Manager is a plus What Success Looks Like:
